VEHICLE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION ..!

Pre-use check

Before putting your tricycle into operation, it is advisable to check the following components:

Tires Check the tire pressure, as indicated by the manufacturer; the degree of wear and tear or if it does not show swelling, cracks or anything else that could endanger the safety of you and those around you.

Brakes

Being an extremely important safety factor, it should not be neglected at all!

The play of the brake pedal must be checked, as well as the brake lever, if the dead play is the normal one. It is proposed to check the braking system, in open space, at low speeds, before putting it into use in traffic areas!

Faucet

Check the wheel clamps if they do not show any weakening. It is recommended that the rear wheels be tightened to 60/80 Nm, and the front one 40/50 Nm.

Differential
This component works with differential oil SAE 80W 90. Due to the fact that it does not work at high speeds, the oil change in differential is not necessary. It changes in case of repairs or leaks.

Direction

It will be checked if there are no games on the front fork or on the front wheel axle.

Washing instructions
-do not wash the battery room and the controller

-if it is washed with water jet, do not insist on the engine to avoid flooding it with water.

-do not use the water jet on: board, buttons, taillights, headlight, signals (in principle of the electrical part)

Instructions for safe use
It is necessary to follow the following instructions:
1. Check that the load to be carried does not exceed the maximum permissible total weight
2. Check the lighting system
3. Check that the fuses securing the bucket and the shutters are in order
4. Make sure that when you get on the tricycle, the contact is in the OFF position (the tricycle is not turned on), because being electrically powered, it does not make noise when standing still, being dangerous to leave it with the contact in the ON position (the tricycle is turned on) because accidentally touching the accelerator lever, forgetting that I left the ignition in the ON position, it will leave the place, endangering your safety, causing other damage.
After you get on the tricycle:
– Check that the mirrors are in the correct position
– Switch the ignition to ON =
– Take a look at the board to check if the current in the batteries is sufficient for the desired movement
– Disable the parking brake! (otherwise, the risk of severely damaging the engine increases, the damage not being covered by the warranty)
– Set the gear according to the road conditions.

ATTENTION !!!
Mandatory minimum age – 18 years!
Maximum allowed weight – 500 kg.
It is MANDATORY that when you want to change the gear: LOW / HIGH, the tricycle must be stopped on the spot, otherwise the differential can be damaged VERY badly, this damage not being covered by the warranty!
The LOW gear (horizontal lever) will be used for very steep climbs regardless of the load being transported or for transporting a load of more than 100 kg + driver on a straight road,
The HIGH stage (speed lever in vertical position) will be used ONLY on a straight road with a load of up to 100 kg + driver,
When parking, VERY IMPORTANT, switch the ignition to the OFF position (tricycle off), this way, avoid unwanted events.
NOTE! This Tricycle is equipped with an electronic system to cancel the acceleration during braking, it is very important that when braking, to leave the acceleration free (not to accelerate at all).
Otherwise, after we stop braking, it will accelerate again depending on the acceleration deposition.
ATTENTION!
-After stopping the tricycle on the spot, it is indicated to lock the parking brake, in order to prevent the tricycle from slipping or leaving the place.
-Do not park the tricycle on sloping surfaces, or if necessary, then it should be parked diagonally, and not in the direction of descent / ascent.

Weight transport
– The distribution of the weight transported with the tricycle is done: 1/3 in the front part 2/3 in the back part, evenly inside the dump truck.
– Never exceed the maximum authorized mass,
– Reduce speed when carrying weights,
– Keep the proper distance to brake in time.

It is necessary that every time, when you want to start the road with your tricycle, to check if everything is fine. The minimum checks provided by the user manual will be made.
When using the tricycle, in extreme conditions such as dust, moisture, mud, the checks will be done much more often.
TO KEEP THE WARRANTY, it is mandatory to always use original parts from your dealer.
Please do not lend it to people who are not used or trained in driving this tricycle, please do not drive with one hand, also do not drive after drinking alcohol.
Wear a helmet,
Wear appropriate clothing,
It is forbidden to store luggage or other objects or people on the plate on which the feet are kept, thus avoiding accidents.
This vehicle uses electric current, and when charging the battery it is forbidden to touch the charger with wet hands, otherwise you will be electrocuted.
Drive at low speeds on unpaved roads, mud, snow, ice, gravel to avoid injury.
Using the battery
The battery can be used at temperatures between -15 degrees Celsius and 45 degrees Celsius, the most suitable being +20 and plus minus 10 degrees Celsius. Otherwise, the battery power will decrease faster and the service life will be shorter. On cold winter days or in geographical areas with low temperatures you will notice that the battery runs out very quickly, this is normal. When the outside temperature is above 20 degrees Celsius, you will notice that the battery can recharge itself. The battery is one of the most important parts of the vehicle, therefore please take care of its maintenance, and when the on-board light indicates the consumption of the battery, please charge it. It would be best to get used to recharging it after each trip.
RECOMMENDATION!!! LOAD ONLY IN OPEN SPACES!
When purchasing the vehicle, the battery may not be fully charged, so please recharge (the first recharge requires a period of approximately 8 hours). If you do not use the tricycle for a long time, please recharge the battery at least once a month, otherwise it will shorten the life of the battery.

Checks you need to perform when charging the battery.
1. Check if the charging source is AC 220V.
2. It is recommended that during periods of low temperatures, the vehicle be stored in places protected from frost, for extend battery life if possible. Ex .: garage.
3. Please connect the battery to the charger first and then to the mains, at which time the vehicle cannot be used.
4. When the charger light is red, it means that the battery is charging. When the red LED changes to a green LED, it means that the battery is 80% charged, this means that the battery can be used, but it will discharge faster, so we advise you to leave it for another 1-2 hours after the red LED turns green.
5. In general, the battery charge should not exceed 8 hours, if we exceed then its life will be reduced.
6. Please connect the charger to the battery very well to avoid leakage. It is forbidden to store the battery in places where there is high humidity.
Warnings during loading:
-When charging the battery, be careful not to leave it out of the reach of children.
-It is forbidden to use the battery before it is charged.
-Electric current flows inside the battery recharging circuit.
-When driving or parking with the vehicle, make sure it is dry.
-During charging the battery, it is forbidden to handle it with wet hands.
-It is forbidden to decompose the loader parts.
-Please keep the battery in an environment between 10 + 30 degrees Celsius.
-Not using it for a long time leads to a shortening of the battery life
-Keep the battery out of the reach of small children.
-When you start the battery charging procedure, you must have dry hands.
-It is forbidden to store other objects over the batteries.
-Periodically check the charger cables.
-Periodically check the battery cables.
